Acute Tubular Necrosis (ATN)

+ is kidney injury characterized by acute tubular cell injury &  dysfunction
+ Common causes
+ + hypotension causing renal hypoperfusion
+ + nephrotoxic drugs
+ is asymptomatic unless it causes renal failure
